The Asiatic Suite at the Nautilus Resort is situated perfectly between the gorgeous Mooloolaba beach and the scenic Mooloolah river which gives guests the best of Sunshine Coast within a few minutes walk. The Asiatic Suite is an opulent privately furnished and managed apartment within the Resort which faces a quiet side street away from the pool noise, protected by a wall of palm trees, so it too has a natural feel, yet is only a few hundred meters from famous Mooloolaba Beach.
Our two bedroom apartment has one King bed and two Single beds (which can be configured as another King), a kitchen, a terrace with BBQ and seating for six, and a second small balcony with seating.

Instructions to Book
• Select Asiatic Suite beach property under Property.
• Please enter your anticipated Arrival date and length of stay.
• Enter the number of Adults and Children. (The maximum total guests for the Asiatic Suite four.)
• Rates will not show for sold out nights. You can select other dates by checking contiguous boxes or selecting another arrival date above.
• Click the Book Now button for the appropriate room to enter payment details.
Cancel without penalty until seven days before the arrival, fourteen days during Christmas season, Dec 19 to Jan 7 and Easter (Easter Friday to Easter Monday). We do not take any payment at booking. Payment is taken seven days before arrival, fourteen days during Christmas and Easter.
Asiatic Suite Bookings: The Asiatic Suite does not include housekeeping during the stay. Please request mid-stay housekeeping at time of booking or from our agent G1 on arrival. The cost is $150 per clean, payable to our agent. If you would like housekeeping to prepare a King bed instead of two Twin beds in the second bedroom, please request in advance. The fee is $20, also payable to our agent on arrival.
The Asiatic Suite is located in the Nautilus Resort at 30 River Esplanade, Mooloolaba, QLD, two minutes walk to the patrolled section of one of Australia’s prettiest beaches, two minutes to the bustling cafes and restaurants along the Esplanade, and one minute to the upscale riverfront Wharf restaurant, bar, and shopping precinct and the educational SeaLife Aquarium. The resort contains a beauty salon and an excellent authentic Thai restaurant that can deliver room service on request.
The Resort is a ten minute drive to the Sunshine Coast airport, thirty minutes to Noosa or Eumundi or Australia Zoo.

Please do not check in at the hotel front desk but at the G1 Property office at 1 Brisbane Road, then proceed directly to the apartment, one block away. Parking limited for oversized vehicles. Please enquire before arrival.

Please let us know at booking if you would like the second bedroom configured as a king bed or it will be configured as two singles. There is a housekeeping fee of $20/visit to arrange the king bed, payable on arrival. We can also arrange a cot for a child for a fee, payable on arrival.
Asiatic Suite Check-in and Check-out Policy
The keys to your property must be collected from and returned to the G1 rental office and not the hotel:

Check-in is available from 2pm. Please advise us if you will be arriving outside our normal office hours and we can make arrangements for afterhours check-in.
The person signing for and collecting the keys must have his or her name on the booking. You will be asked to show photo identification and a credit card or provide cash for any bond amount and complete a Security Bond/Pre-Authorisation if you have not completed your Online Guest Registration.
